2. Local In-Browser Processing (Zero File Uploads)

Unlike traditional cloud-based photo converters, ImageUp operates entirely inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and local JavaScript:

• When you compress, resize, crop, convert, or remove backgrounds, all image data is processed strictly in your local device RAM.
• Your files are never transmitted over the internet to our servers or any third-party infrastructure.
• Any embedded EXIF metadata (such as GPS coordinates or camera serial numbers) that you choose to strip is erased locally without external analysis.
• We have absolutely zero access to your photos, camera roll, or visual content.

3. Anonymous Analytics and Cookies

To ensure website stability and understand aggregate usage trends, we may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable technical telemetry, such as:

• Browser type, screen resolution, and operating system
• General page navigation paths and session durations
• High-level country or regional traffic origin

We do not use tracking cookies to build individual user profiles or link usage to your real identity.

4. Third-Party Advertising

We may display third-party advertisements to keep our tools free for everyone. These advertising partners may use standard web cookies to serve relevant ads based on non-personal browsing patterns. Advertisers have no access to the images you process within our tools.
