ImageUp provides users with free, browser-based tools to compress, convert, resize, crop, redact, and manipulate images and visual files. All tools operate exclusively on the client-side (within your web browser), meaning your image files are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

You agree to use ImageUp only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of the images and graphics you process using our tools.
  • Ensuring you possess the necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, or authorizations to edit, convert, or watermark the images you manipulate.

ImageUp does not guarantee that file operations will always meet your specific visual requirements or that output image resolutions will be suitable for every proprietary third-party system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImageUp and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our local image manipulation tools.
